Taylor and I are enjoying her summer off from school, so we decided to cycle the west coast together. We originally met on my solo bike tour of the west coast and we thought it would be fun to retrace my steps. We will be traveling 1500 miles from Seattle to San Diego and sampling vegan restaurants along the way and sharing our plant based meals with you. This is Taylor's first tour and she's not much of a cyclist so it should be interesting!
