📊 Hot summer test results – medium box setup:
• Summer profile tested: 25–30 °C
• Transit simulation: up to ±23 hours
• With insulation liners, the box stayed below the critical 30 °C limit for ±23 hours
• Comparable non-optimised solutions reached this limit earlier (±21 hours)
• After ±22 hours of exposure:
– Insulated setup: ~27 °C internal temperature
– Alternative setup: 33 °C internal temperature

These results show that insulation liners create a stable thermal buffer, reducing heat stress and protecting product quality during summer air freight.

Depending on the product, route and total transit time, insulation liners can be combined with cool packs to further control internal temperatures.
