Houseboat in Flamingo , exploring the Florida Everglades, houseboat tour - DAY 2

I HATE mosquitos but I LOVE air conditioning! The houseboat was a hit! As a matter of fact, we are planning on going again in the near future but this time staying an extra day. On day 2 we woke up, had breakfast and headed out to the back country. This was a beautiful morning and I was in awe just looking at the sky reflect on the mirrored waters below. We caught triple tail, redfish, mangrove snapper, jack, lizardfish and the elusive twig fish! We headed back and explored the Eco Pond. Have I mentioned how much I HATE mosquitoes? We had a wonderful BBQ dinner and relaxed on the houseboat with our new friend, the croc. We entered in an everglades photo contest last year and this trip was only possible because of family and friends that voted for our picture so THANK YOU and we hope you enjoy this video!
