We have been here before, and today we are here to check out the real thing and it's nothing short from expectation. Their strength of town planning is clearly demonstrated within the project when you have elements connected to each other via covered walkways and bridges across the busy Jalan Peel. Just by going downstairs, you will have F&B outlets, physio centers, coffee place, convenient store and if those are insufficient, you can walk over to Velocity Mall in less than 5 mins.

The greatest strength for Sunway Velocity Two would be the strategic location. Not only it's located between 2 MRT stations, it's adjacent to a mixed development of Sunway Velocity, also 3 junctions away from the upcoming financial hub of TRX. But that's also the part where it gets complicated because the amount of projects in that location is also very high. All just trying to tap on the potential of this site.

The facilities felt very focused. They really put in effort in those that matter the most, and left everything else rather bare. And it was a better choice to choose this layout of 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit instead of the other version due to the flexibility for the owner.
