This 12 inch piece of paper is perhaps of little value for the government but is a ray of light and a mean of social change for 12 thousand students like Qasim.The story of Muhammad Qasim has an important lesson for all of us. He has proved that no difficulty or hardship of life can stop a person, how poor he might be, to continue his education and shoulder the family members as well.
