In the early 1980s Tama made one of the best (IMO) snare drums ever: the Mastercraft series rosewood snare drums featuring 12-ply (8mm) 100% rosewood shells! Come along with me as I do a quick refresh on one of these drums that I got equipped with incorrect hardware, but just BEGGING to be played!

I started this video in October of 2022 and finally got around to capturing audio just this past week (better late than never!).

As always it'll be the most fun you have all day! ;)

Drum heads used on this drum are:
Batter -- Aquarian Texture Coated
Snare Side -- Aquarian Classic Clear Snare Side.
