Path update June 2024 Joes Country Garden

After a brilliant week at Chelsea, it was great to come home to my garden. Lots of new plants coming through and lots of progress on the landscaping. The woodland is blooming and I'm making steps to change the alignment of the garden so that it runs parallel to the landscape beyond. That means losing the railway sleepers so that the woodland blends with the meadow, and also mowing lateral pathways in to the grass. What's most exciting though is the path. I'm really happy with it and in this video I get into the detail of how it was designed, why I am happy with the materials I chose and how it was laid. Thanks so much to Craig and Justin for doing such a brilliant job and thanks to Charlie (the previous owner of this garden) for all the wonderful wildflowers that are starting to bloom in the woodland and on the meadow.
