I did a minimal build on Egret Tours Marina a LONG time ago. I went back and decided to put things right. This is the result - better than I could have hoped for.

I never build a settlement to be massive or over the top. I aim for functionality, settlement happiness and in the end, expandability. And of course, neat design where possible. I also love building on existing structures. This is just another one of those settlements. Enjoy!
