我在攀岩过程中犯了很多错误，尤其是在刚开始攀岩的时候。我从自己的攀岩经历，和身边观察到朋友的攀岩成长过程中，总结了10个攀岩新手常犯的错误。在我开始比较有意识的纠正这些错误之后，我发现在墙上的攀爬变得更顺利了。希望分享这些常见的错误，能够帮助你意识到阻碍自己进步的屏障。

10 mistakes beginner climbers make.
I've made a lot of mistakes while climbing, especially when I first started. From my own climbing experiences and watching friends climb around me, I summarised 10 common mistakes beginner climbers make. After I became more aware of these mistakes, I started to correct them. And they helped making a lot of climbs much easier. I hope to share these common mistakes with you, and help you identify what are the problems that are stopping you from making progress on the climbing walls.
