This is a possible fix to your Xbox One disc problems. If you find your disc doesn't load, run or show up anywhere then this could be your problem.
The part inside that draws the disc in sometimes doesn't draw the disc in fully, meaning the disc never had a chance to spin, thus it couldn't load up.
Tilting the Xbox One up a bit allows it to fall correctly into place.
