In this video me my and trainer partner, fellow personal trainer Kevin perform a sample of our compound set workout. In this workout our protocol is to alternate between biceps curl and military presses with minimal to no rest in between sets. This would be great for clients who want a challenging workout and achieve results in a shorter amount of time.
