DIY Hula Hoop Balloon with Name | Dollar Tree

In this video, I will show you how to put together from scratch a balloon wreath with a name (or any words) in the center of it using items from the Dollar Tree and Michaels making this super inexpensive. Enjoy and share your photos with me on Insta :)

Shopping list:
Balloons
Foilage (fresh or artificial, mine were from the Dollar Tree and Micheals)
Circle wall sign
Wooden or paper letters
Glitter and glitter glue (or a good clear drying glue)

For the hula hoop frame:
2 x hula hoops (I got mine from the 99 cents store)
Small gift box
Cable ties
Spray paint
Weights (can be anything rocks, fruit, marbles, weights...anything)
