Meet your twins -the transversus abdominis and pelvic floor muscles! If you don't know what they are or how to find them, this video is the place to start. These are intuitive, strong muscles, that when they are working correctly with the respiratory diaphragm, stabilize your posture and provide support for your whole body. At their best, they anticipate your movement, keep you safe and allow some of the other muscles that might otherwise be overused and painful to relax.

If you already know the relationship between the respiratory diaphragm, the transversus abdominis and the pelvic floor diaphragm, you can skip to the 6 minute mark where the practice starts.
