This case of love marriage is of Shivpura village of Kotwali Dehat area of ​​Bahraich district. Rubina Khan and Shesh Kumar Awasthi are residents of the same village and both met about 2 years ago. During the meeting, both of them became friends and this friendship gradually turned into love. During this, Shesh Kumar Awasthi and Rubina Khan decided to get married. However, both of them belonged to different communities, so they faced some difficulties.
Even after this, he did not give up and Rubina Khan left Islam and converted to Hinduism for love marriage. The Muslim girl, who became Ruby from Rubina Khan, had gone to Mumbai about 15 days ago with Shesh Kumar Awasthi to get married. When Rubina's family members came to know about this, they even filed a case of kidnapping of their daughter against Shesh Kumar Awasthi. Rubina's family members said that their daughter is a minor and is not educated.
As per reports, Rubina's family members accused Shesh of alluring her away. On the other hand, seeing the tense atmosphere in the village, the police recovered both of them from Mumbai. After that the girl was sent to One Stop Center. The boy was kept in police custody. After this the matter reached the court and Rubina Khan and Shesh Kumar were presented before the judge on 3 June.
During this, Rubina said, 'Judge sir, I am an adult, I have every right to take my decision. I have left my religion and got married according to Hindu customs. At the same time, Rubina Khan aka Ruby also showed her marksheet before the court. In which her age has been mentioned as 18 years and she is a student of Bachelor. The rest is 21 years old and does a private job. After which the court gave permission to both of them to marry on their own.
