Obviously this modification isn't for everyone. If you actually get to drive your car fast or enthusiastically (you can't here in Australia) then I would be updgrading from the oil to water heat exchanger to the oil to air cooler as popular outside of the USA/Australia. You can also modify the oil to air filter housing to accept standard fittings and install aftermarket hoses and oil cooler. You must start with the correct version oil filter housing to begin with - the oil to air filter housing has an integral thermostat. This one with only the blank vestigial ports will not. This section is pressed together and not servicable.
