❌ Do NOT run to your shower for the 🧼, or use just any soap. Talk to your doctors - I'm not one.

This may seem like super freaking obvious information to neurotypical folks watching this, but I'm sharing this for the other exploratory ND ppl who may be going through this same thing.

I was:
✅ Peeing after playtime
✅ Washing before+after playtime
✅ Making my partner wash before playtime
✅ A diligent bouncer, preventing any front door contamination

🤯 And still having UTIs like clockwork.

If this sounds like you, here is your PSA that "just using water" may be the problem. And bestie - it's NOT WORTH IT to be "right" here, UTIs can get really bad. Your health and comfort is important. Pleasepleaseplease talk to your doctor if you're having recurring issues, telling your doctor you do ay-nole isn't as bad as another UTI I can promise you that 😅

If you're not having UTIs and everything is good, don't change what you're doing! Water only is definitely the preferred method if you can get away with it ‼️
