I just located another State Survey Mark in Box Hill NSW Australia.

This mark was placed in a concrete foooting and buried underground. I managed to find it using my GPS and the co-ordinates logged with the mark however most times you can easily walk up to the mark and find it.

Perhaps one day after the existing road has been improved, this mark will be at surface level or a cover box will be on top.
