2024-08-30 Sewing! Shoulder Strap Pad

It's so hot in here... Anyways.

Three months plus journey from an idea to something that actually makes me happy. Design is definitely the most fun part, and a lot of fail there is to be expected and embraced - as long as we learn from it!

There is this brain thing where if you do not have on hand, and much more if you're simply unaware of, a material/component/device you simply... work with what's in your head and that tends to limit the solution space - and not in a good way.

My two initial designs are just like that holder pad on my smaller duffel bag, which I've only realized today thinking about what to say in the video. Yes, there is no script to be found, but that does not mean I do not think over what I want to say. And in what order. The end result is always its own thing, but hey this is my videography!
