In this episode I upgrade the cockpit on my 2025 Ducati Panigale V2S with *Jetprime handlebar switches* (“PlayStation-style” buttons) and a **quick-turn throttle control unit**. I’m 1.56 m (5’1”), so compact, precise controls matter—this setup reduces hand travel, speeds up riding-mode inputs, and makes throttle roll-on more consistent on corner exit.

Why this mod?
• **Faster inputs**: traction/wheelie/engine-brake changes on the fly
• **Better ergonomics**: shorter reach and clearer feedback for small hands
• **More control**: reduced throttle rotation supports smoother roll-on at exit

Parts & tools I used
• Jetprime switch kit + harness adapters
• Quick-turn throttle tube/control unit (ride-by-wire compatible)
• Torque wrench, 4–6 mm hex, driver bits
• Medium-strength threadlocker (e.g., 243)
• Heat-shrink, zip ties, electrical tape
• Contact cleaner + dielectric grease (connectors)

Quick setup notes
• Route harnesses with full-lock checks; avoid pinch points near the steering stem
• Verify *kill/start* function and *mode/TC/WC/EB* mapping before riding
• Ensure master cylinder and clutch perch torques match the service manual
• Confirm clearance to brake lines and dash at full lock (left/right)
