Dispatcher: Where’s he sleeping at?
Jane Doe: In the bedroom.
Dispatcher: But you’re at the laundromat?
Jane Doe: No, I’m in the bedroom with him.
Dispatcher: Does he have a weapon?
Jane Doe: He has a taser.

As the horrific story of Jane Doe’s abduction unfolded, nobody could have been prepared for the truth about Shawn Grate, who would become known as the infamous “Ohio Strangler”.
