Sentencing for man who pleaded guilty in 5-year-old's death

David Pietura, the man who pleaded guilty in June in the death of 5-year-old Prince McCree, will be sentenced today.

Prosecutors say the 27-year-old Pietura and 16-year-old Erik Mendoza beat 5-year-old Prince to death in October of 2023. Investigators say the pair then discarded the boy's body in a dumpster, which was found the next day.
