INGREDIENTS-
1 cup jowar( Sorghum)
Water as required
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp rai
1 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp hing
2 dried red chilly
Few curry leaves
2 Onions Chopped
1/2 carrot
1/2 capsicum
2 Tomatoes Chopped
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp haldi powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala
Salt to taste
Very little water
1 lemon juice
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
