Samsung 65" has sound but no picture. Backlights or Power Supply? UN65H6203AF tv repair.

On this Samsung Led TV model UN65H6203AFxza, the standby light on the bottom of the television flashes when the TV is first powered on, but the screen it totally black and you may have sound but no picture.
This particular model Samsung is known for having alot of shorted backlights which in turn will constantly draw excessive current from the power supply board and damage's the Led Driver Circuit which is located on the Power Supply board.
We will first replace all the Led Strips inside the TV. Then we will figure out the reason that the backlights still wont light up is because we have a damaged Power Supply board that needs to be replaced or repaired.
We will troubleshoot and repair the led driver circuit on the Power board by replacing the one leaky diode which is causing the problem.
