Starting with 5-Star Banners and Restart: According to information from Fullstopchan, Navia and Nilou will get reboot banners in the first phase, starting on July 17, while Emilie and Yelan will get reboot banners in the second phase, starting on August 7. Considering that all of Fontaine's recent five-star characters were released in Phase 1, it is unusual for Emily to get her character in Phase 2. But then again, they just released two 5-star characters in Phases 1 and 2 of the current patch,

Regarding the 4-star characters on these two banners: Razor is the only character that I think should definitely appear on the first stage banners, and Heizo and Charlotte are expected to appear alongside him.
