Unveiling the Beauty of Ötztal Valley in Soelden

As a huge fan of James Bond, I am thrilled to share my unforgettable experience from my trip to Sölden, Austria, where the incredible 007 Elements attraction is located, dedicated to this famous agent of Her Majesty.

To access this unique destination, you need to take the Gaislachkoglbahn (Gaislachkogl gondola) which elevates you to an altitude of 3,050 meters above sea level. Here, an underground museum carved into the rock awaits you. Inside, you're immersed in various aspects related to the Bond films, including title sequences, music, action scenes, cars, gadgets, technology, locations, and characters.

Particularly intriguing is the exhibit dedicated to the movie "Spectre," partly filmed in Sölden. You can see the wreckage of the plane that Bond maneuvered through the snow in a thrilling chase. To conclude your tour, a visit to the ice Q restaurant (ice Q Restaurant), which served as Hoffler's clinic in the film, is a must. Here, you can sip a martini or an espresso while admiring the breathtaking views of the Tyrolean glaciers and the Wildspitze (Wildspitze).
