David Moffett on the South Island NRL Bid

David Moffett - former New Zealand Rugby, Welsh Rugby and NRL CEO - joins Martin Devlin on It's Only Sport, talking about the latest South Island NRL bid that he is spearheading with support from former Rugby Australia CEO Andy Marinos. The team would be called the South Island Kea and play out of Christchurch's new Te Kaha Stadium.

Moffett talks to Devlin about how the bid started, details about the franchise including when they would debut in the NRL, how he thinks New Zealand could handle a second league franchise, and more.
