Smoothie Bowl:
2.5 frozen bananas
1/2 cup pineapple
1 tbsp flaxseed
splash of almond milk

Oatmeal Mango Energy Balls:
1/2 cup dried mango
5 dates
~ 1/2 cup oatmeal (rolled, quick, old fashioned -- they all work)
dried coconut to coat

Chickpea Patties:
1 can chickpeas
1 cup kale
~ 1/2 cup oatmeal (or add until it comes together)
1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp water
Spices (I use paprika, garlic + onion powder, salt, pepper)

Avocado Pesto Basil Pasta Sauce:
3 avocados
2 cloves garlic
Few basil leaves, depends how "basil-y" you want it lol
Salt + pepper to taste
