On The Scene: Duterte Youth Chairman Ronald Cardema on Tuesday filed a petition before the Supreme Court challenging the decision of the Commission on Elections, sitting as National Board of Canvassers, to suspend the proclamation of the group. Cardema filed a petition for certiorari with Urgent Prayer for Temporary Restraining order and/or Writ of Preliminary Mandatory Injunction. It seeks to declare unconstitutional and contrary to law the NBOC resolution dated May 18,2025 suspending the proclamation of Duterte Youth.
