I became a big fan of churros the very first day I had them and let me tell you one thing that they're really addictive and hard to resist.
In this video I am gonna show you how to make churros with a Mexican chocolate dipping sauce,
they’re gonna be crispy on the outside, soft and custardy from the inside all at the same time and of course amazingly delicious 🤤

Ingredients you'll need-

All purpose flour - 350 grams
Whole Eggs - 2
Unsalted butter -120 grams
Water - 450 ml
Cinnamon - 5 inches long
Vanilla extract - 5 ml
Sugar - 30 grams
Salt - 1 tsp

Canola oil - enough for frying

Chocolate dipping sauce -

Heavy cream - 180 ml
Butter unsalted - 15 gms
Dark chocolate chips (70 % cacao)- 160 gms
Vanilla extract - 5 ml
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
Espresso coffee powder or instant coffee - 1 tsp
Salt - a small pinch


Cinnamon sugar mix -
Cinnamon powder - 2.5 tsps
Granulated sugar - 150 gms
