WRIST PAIN, CARPAL TUNNEL, FROZEN SHOULDER? | Feldenkrais with Alfons

Wrist pain is a common complaint. Even though it's often caused by sprains or injuries, wrist pain can also result from long-term repetitive stress, arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Because so many factors can lead to wrist pain, diagnosing the exact cause can sometimes be difficult.

If you've already seen doctors, specialists, and traditional therapists but the pain still persists with unknown cause, you may try this movement exploration to complement traditional approaches.

When you don't have any of those issues, even better! You can try this movement exploration merely out of curiosity and in search for feeling really well.

This is my series of videos with beginner lessons of the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education. This will give everyone with an internet connection the chance to get to know the Feldenkrais Method, to learn more about awareness, mindfulness, how to take care of one's own health, and to become better day by day.
