Note:
The chicken can also be air fried or baked in a tray. But I always find fried chicken more succulent and less chewy.
However it totally depends on your preference. 😊

Magic Chicken

1 kg chicken boneless cubes
1st marinade :

1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tabsp water

2nd marinade :
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp garam masala
1 tabsp coriander powder
1/2 ts pepper powder
1 tsp sesame oil

Sesame Honey Garlic Chicken

1/2 kg Magic chicken
2 tsbsp oil
1/2 cup ketchup
4 garlic cloves sliced
2-3 tabsp Soy Sauce
Taste for salt & pepper
Toss chicken into sauce. Add 1 tsp cornstarch ( make slurry with 2 tabsp water). Coat well. Add green chillies & jalapeños ( optional ). Add a tabsp Honey. Sprinkle sesame seeds . Serve hot!

Copy Cat Chicken 65

1/2 kg magic chicken
3 tabsp oil
7-8 curry leaves
4 green chilies slits
1 cup ketchup
Salt to taste
2 tabsp soy sauce
2 tabsp tandoori masala
1 tabsp coriander powder
1/2 tap garam masala powder
A pinch red food colour
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Make a spicy thick sauce. Add cornstarch slurry if required . Toss chicken . Serve hot!

Cashew Chicken
—————————
Follow the full procedure of chicken 65, just add a cup of water to make gravy. Thicken it with cornflour slurry accordingly. Cook for a while add 3 tablespoon cream and 1/4 cup cashews . Serve hot!
