It was designed with a lavish and modern market interior, Four Seasons Hotpot City serves a wide assortment of fresh and healthy ingredients that are carefully handpicked by the chefs every day, allowing hotpot enthusiasts to freely customize their own dishes.

Start with the soup base you can choose 2 from chicken, pork, fish, vegetable and sinigang, mixes to add include tomato paste, Chinese herb, Szechuan mala and sate. Refreshments from the beverage station include draft san Miguel beer, sodas, fresh fruit shakes, juices, coffee or tea. Chang Thai beer is available during weekends and dinner. For the hotpot, the fresh vegetable selection includes some of our
essentials: watercress, Taiwan petchay, broccoli, kalian, spinach as well as vegetarian delicacies like black fungus, Chinese seaweed and beancurd skin.

From the meats make sure to load up on lamb, beef striploin, beef shortplate and beef chuck eye roll. What makes Four Seasons Shine is their premium seafood selection which has sea mantis, crabs shrimps and mussels.
