Arsenal stars and Heart4More Foundation ambassadors Hector Bellerin, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Chuba Akpom and Danielle Carter compete in the charity's cooking challenge.

By only using fresh ingredients designed to keep the heart healthy, the quartet must use all of their culinary knowledge to cook up a storm.
