This is the opening section of first of three feature length documentaries found in massive 6-DVD boxed set "Maximum Reger" that explore the music of German composer Max Reger (1873 - 1916). The boxed set also contains more than 700 minutes of filmed performances of Reger's best music (organ, piano, instrumental, chamber and orchestral) by the finest musicians and ensembles .
