Want to know how to play Subbuteo or improve your current game on the table football pitch?

In this video you'll find a Subbuteo training exercise that you can do at home on your own.

The aim of this Subbuteo training drill is for you to get used to different distances when playing Subbuteo. The Idea is for you to get used to the power needed to reach certain points on the pitch.

There are three stages to this training drill the first is to use one player to get used to the distance, the second stage you will line up 10 players and flick each one to make them hit the line you're aiming for. The Third stage you can introduce a ten second timer to put yourself under some pressure.
