Righteous Fire Leveling for Everyone before Labs

Righteous fire leveling saves my leaguestart leveling plans as we lose the vendor recipe I will need something to carry my damage and righteous fire can do just that. Maybe it can save your leaguestart as RF is quite good early in campaigns with very little gear. Even if your build wont use RF longterm it could be the bridge to your build working if its a late bloomer that can be respecced to with quests regrets like my holy relic ascendant.
