This workout will build you a BOOTY SHELF by targeting the upper glutes with intention and nonstop tension. I created this routine to help you grow and lift your glutes at home using smart exercise selection, controlled movement, and zero equipment.

We will move through 12 exercises designed to grow upper glutes, working 40 seconds per move with no rest in between. That constant time under tension keeps your glutes fired up from start to finish and helps you focus on muscle engagement rather than speed or momentum. Every exercise can be done at home with just your bodyweight and a mat.

What this workout focuses on:
• Upper glute activation and lift
• No equipment, fully at home
• 40 seconds per exercise with no rest
• Building shape, strength, and control
• Glute focused movement patterns for better muscle growth

Pay attention to your form, slow down the reps, and squeeze at the top of every movement. If you need to adjust the range of motion, do it with control and jump right back in. I will guide you through the full workout so you never feel lost.
