Watch live as SpaceX launches a Crew Dragon capsule on a commercial mission to the International Space Station for Houston-based Axiom Space. Liftoff from pad 39A at the Kennedy Space Center is scheduled for 4:49 p.m. EST (2149 UTC) on Thursday, Jan. 18.

Aboard Crew Dragon Freedom are retired NASA astronaut Michael López-Alegría, Italian co-pilot Walter Villadei, European Space Agency astronaut Marcus Wandt of Sweden and Turkey's Alper Gezeravci.
