Galatians 5:16 - "This I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things you wish."

I pray more of us start to understand the importance of not draining ourselves of our sexual energy on temporary pleasures that go against God. The importance of living by following the desires of the spirit, and not the flesh. The importance of one's future and full potential, vs. their present sinful desires.
