Hulas Khera is a historically significant village near Mohanlalganj which was unearthed a few years ago and it is around 25 kilometers away from Lucknow. Here's why you should be making a trip to this rural locale and we're sure, it's gonna be wrapped with rare insights.
Once on the route, penetrate through the thatched roof village and lush green farms, you'll find yourself standing among an archaeological treasure trove. Surrounded by a horse-shoe shaped Karela Jheel which is dry to the bone now, here lies the traces and remnants of an ancient civilization that had set up base in this area around 1000 BC, which is almost 3000 years ago.

The local priest of the Kaleshwari Devi Temple, Maniram, had chanced upon some artefacts from this area and it was his 'accidental' find that prompted the disinterring of this locale. Excavations here have revealed that Hulas Khera is a witness to a highly functional civilization dating back to the medieval times.

हुलास खेरा मोहनलालगंज के पास एक ऐतिहासिक रूप से महत्वपूर्ण गाँव है जिसका कुछ साल पहले पता लगाया गया था और यह लखनऊ से लगभग 25 किलोमीटर दूर है। यहां आपको इस ग्रामीण स्थान की यात्रा क्यों करनी चाहिए और हमें यकीन है, यह दुर्लभ अंतर्दृष्टि से लिपटा होगा।
एक बार मार्ग पर, उठी हुई छत वाले गाँव और हरे भरे खेतों के बीच से गुज़रते हुए, आप खुद को एक पुरातात्विक खजाने की टुकड़ी के बीच खड़े पाएंगे। घोडे़ के आकार के करेल झेल से घिरे जो अब हड्डी तक सूख चुके हैं, यहाँ एक प्राचीन सभ्यता के निशान और अवशेष मौजूद हैं जिन्होंने लगभग 1000 ईसा पूर्व में इस क्षेत्र में आधार स्थापित किया था।

कलेश्वरी देवी मंदिर के स्थानीय पुजारी, मनीराम ने, इस क्षेत्र से कुछ कलाकृतियों का जप किया था और यह उनका 'आकस्मिक' था जिसने इस स्थान के बारे में जानकारी दी। यहाँ उत्खनन से पता चला है कि हुलास खेरा मध्ययुगीन काल की एक अत्यंत कार्यात्मक सभ्यता का गवाह है।
