recipe:-

🥁**first grate the potatoes,wash properly,squzze with cotton cloth
*deep fry in oil on medium flame 🔥
*one cup sago also deep fry in oil on medium flame 🔥
*roast almond n cashew nuts n muskmelon seeds in ghee.
transfer to a bowl 🥣 or 🍽️ plate n mix all .
if u like to eat rock salt u can add if u don't eat salt 🧂 in fast u can skip .

*recipe :-
*roast makhana u can dry roast it or u can use ghee for roasting makhana as u like.
*roast peanuts ,almonds, cashew nuts in ghee.
*cut coconut 🥥 into small pieces n dry roast it.
*dry roast some raisians also .
*do all work on medium 🔥 flame.
*transfer to a plate n mix all things well.

*u can store n use these chiwda for one month.

*if u r using eat without fast then u can add masala according to ur taste.
