2002 neon chrysler,dodge,plymouth key wont turn

i rip all stuff off just to see THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT FIX, you only need to take the two screws off the bottom cover of the steering wheel column, then you can see the lock cylinder housing tap casting with hammer and turn key gently at sometime :) UPDATE cheep fix
i think its the pins /tumblers whatever you want to call them in the key cylinder worn out sticking
here is a cheep fix put has one Con some could steal your car if they know you did this but wont get far :)
ones you do get the key free remove the whole key cylinder it easy watch this video "How to Remove and Replace an Ignition Lock Cylinder - Chrysler Pt Cruiser" its same as neon.......
then take the cylinder apart and remove the pins all together watch this video on how "Chrysler Ignition Lock Cylinder Key Matching
Now yes ones pins are removed any dodge key or screw driver can start the car BUT "BIG BUT" but you wont get vary FAR with out the matching chip KEY watch only you have, the computer will shut down the car fuel pump and freeze up the computer for GOOD, till it is reset by a Dodge dealer

"YOU WILL HAVE TO DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY WHEN REMOVING KEY CYLINDER BECAUSE IT IS DONE IN KEY RUN POSITION"
"NEVER TURN IGNITION ON WITH OUT YOU ER MATCHING CHIP KEY"
