Join me as we conduct a thorough examination of Ralsei's Spy Powers, and investigate what just might be the best Ralsei Theory to date. This video is intended for those who are already have basic knowledge regarding Deltarune and Undertale theories, though if you at least played the games, you should be able to follow along.
