‘Opening the doors of opportunity for everyone’: Biden marks 70th anniversary of Brown v. Board

President Biden and Vice President Harris will commemorate the 1954 Brown v. Board of Education Supreme Court decision to desegregate schools at the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C. At the event, they will meet with the leaders of the Divine Nine, a group of historically Black sororities and fraternities. This comes as President Biden steps up efforts to highlight his administration's commitment to racial equity.
