Villani Salumi, a historic family-owned company established in 1886 in Castelnuovo Rangone, is one of the international benchmarks in the production of cured meats sourced from carefully selected regions in Italy.

Under the stewardship of a family that has passed down their passion for cured meat production, the Villani group continues to grow: in 2022, they exceeded €146 million in revenue and are present in over 10,000 points of sale in Italy and worldwide.

Angelo Fabio Albanese, responsible for the production of cooked and sliced meats, shares his experience during the project carried out with ULMA Packaging.
