Kali ini kami akan berkongsi cara membuat cheese tart yang gebu dengan kulit tart yang sedap dan rangup. Kami isikan cheesetart dengan inti Nutella dan blueberry. Tekstur cheese tart lembut dan cair di mulut pada suhu bilik manakala teskturnya sedikit padat jika disimpan di dalam peti sejuk.

❤KULIT TART:
75 gram Buttercup/marjerin | 1/3 cawan
36 gram gula pasir kisar halus | 3 sudu besar
1 biji kuning telur gred A
1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
9 gram serbuk badam | 1 sudu besar
133 gram tepung gandum | 1 cawan & 1 sudu besar (saya pakai Baker's Choice)

SUHU MEMBAKAR : 170℃ | 335℉ selama 20 ke 25 minit, sehingga kulit tart kecoklatan, rak tengah, api atas bawah. Ketuhar dipanaskan selama 10 minit.

SAIZ ACUAN TART : 4.5 cm
PENEKAN TART : 3.5 cm

❤INTI KRIM KEJU:
250 gram krim keju (sejuk, keluarkan dari peti sejuk 10 minit sebelum digunakan)
30 gram mentega bergaram (sejuk- keluarkan dari peti sejuk 10 minit sebelum digunakan) | 2 sudu besar
60 gram gula pasir kisar halus | 5 sudu besar
1 sudu teh esen vanila
25 gram telur | 2 sudu besar

SUHU MEMBAKAR : 120℃ | 250℉ selama 15 minit, sehingga bahagian atas krim keju kering, rak tengah, api atas bawah. Ketuhar dipanaskan selama 10 minit.

This time we're sharing delicious cheese tarts with Nutella and blueberry fillings. The crust is delicious and crunchy. The cheese tarts are soft and melt in your mouth at room temperature and the texture is firm when chilled.

❤TART SHELL:
75 grams Buttercup/margarine | 1/3 cup
36 grams finely ground sugar | 3 tbsp
1 large yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
9 grams almond ground | 1 tbsp
133 grams all purpose flour | 1 cup & 1 tbsp (I used Baker's Choice)

TART MOLD SIZE : 4.5 CM
TART PRESSER : 3.5 CM

BAKING TEMPERATURE : 170℃ | 335℉ for 20 to 25 minutes until golden at center rack, top & bottom heat mode. Oven is preheated for 10 minutes.

❤CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
250 grams cream cheese (chilled - take out from fridge 10 before use)
30 grams salted butter (chilled - take out from fridge 10 before use) | 2 tbsp
60 grams finely ground sugar | 5 tbsp
1 tsp vanilla essence
25 grams beaten egg | 2 tbsp

BAKING TEMPERATURE : 120℃ | 250℉ for 15 minutes until cheese filling surface is firm at center rack, top & bottom heat mode. Oven is preheated for 10 minutes.
