In today's video, I am sharing a special recipe with you. This chamomile tea latte is so soothing for the gut and tastes delicious! It is naturally caffeine-free and only needs 4 ingredients!

Recipe
1 chamomile tea bag
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 scoop of collagen powder
1/4 tsp of coconut sugar

...and boiling water, so actually 5 ingredients but does water count? 😜

Directions
1. Place the chamomile tea bag in a mug. Pour boiling water into the mug and fill halfway.
2. Cover the mug and let the tea steep for 10-15 minutes.
3. Once the tea has steeped, add the collagen powder and coconut sugar. Stir to combine.
4. Pour the almond milk into the tea.
5. Enjoy!
