Lekin in sab ke bawajood…yaha par sabse jyada chamakati hai Taj ki Five-Star hospitality! Is stay ke saath is khatirdari ka maza inke restaurants me bhi le sakte hai. Taj Connemara ke RAINTREE restaurant me paramparik Chettinad cuisine parosate hai. Is restaurant ka mahol bhi itna authentic hai, aur yahake classical sangeet aur nritya se toh khaane me jaan aa jaati hai. Inka Chef’s tasting Menu toh hume Chettinad khane ka har swad de deta hai. Chatpate Rasam se lekar garma garam paniyaram aur swadist appam se lekar elaneer payasam…aisi sabhi paramparik dishes isme shaamil hai.
Taj me ek aur restaurant hai jahah har roz Buffet lagta hai, aur maine inke Unlimited Breakfast Spread ka toh bohot maza liya. Agar aap Raintree me nahi khaate… phir bhi iddiyappam, Medu Vade, Dose jaisi traditional dishes apako is buffet me bhi mil jaati hai.
