Tirani by Beb Sabariah, is an official novel that is incorporated into the local Malaysian education syllabus for secondary education.

As a means to help students understand the story, I adapted the story into a short film that showcases important key notes of the story. Students may watch this short film, and use the knowledge obtained to help them with their exams; specifically SPM.

With the help of my peers volunteering, I managed to direct and produced the short film during my final year in secondary school.

My short film was recognized by my school and I was awarded a certificate.

There was a girl named Waheeda, who was constantly bullied since her schooling days because of her appearance. She had always fancied getting plastic surgery but her parents prohibited it because it was against their principles from a religious point of view. But one day, Waheeda was attacked by a monkey which left her face disfigured. She was left with no other choice but to go through with the surgery. Ever since then, her life started to change.
