Meadowview is a community in central Temecula - conveniently located in southern California between LA, Orange County and San Diego. It is near plenty of shopping and restaurants, including the Promenade Temecula Mall, a variety of golf courses to choose from, entertainment just minutes away at Pechanga Resort + Casino or of course just down the road is Temecula Wine Country.

Driving through the neighborhood of Meadowview, you will instantly notice the rolling hills and open space… 360 acres of open meadows to be exact… hence the name, Meadowview.

Meadowview offers residents with a plethora of community amenities including a clubhouse, two swimming pools, a spa, tennis courts, basketball courts, an equestrian center for our horse enthusiasts, a park with picnic area and tot lot, PLUS 23 miles of horse + walking trails. An extra bonus is the low tax rate and reasonable HOA fees around $250/quarter.

Originally established in 1969, Meadowview spans over 1100 acres, and is comprised of 900 single family custom homes. The neighborhood feels very tranquil and rural but again is only 5-10 minutes to everything you need. You will notice Del Rey and Via Norte are the main roads that encircle the neighborhood, with streets stemming from these more main roads.

As you can imagine, many homeowners here are long-time residents, and for good reason. It is a highly sought-after neighborhood with homes selling fairly quickly. Homes here were built between the 70s all the way up to the 2000s. You will find some original homes as well as updated + remodeled homes.

Home sizes are typically between 3-5 bedrooms, on at least ½ acre lots, and most with panoramic mountain and valley views. Price points will vary between about $800,000 to the $1 million dollar range. Of course this may vary depending on when you watch this video, so reach out for the most up-to-date information.
